Went for a nice run for four miles, then I ran a mile barefoot to work on form! Felt really good it was hot and super humid but still ended avg of 6:54!
Today was tiring ha ran 8 miles in total! I interduced two things today my morning run and speed workout! Morning run was good 7:40 pace for 3 miles! But today I did a mile warm with 4 800's on the track at 5:00 min pace with a equal rest! Felt really good. A little sore now but that means I'm working hard! Love running!
I ran I really cool run today! I ran 5 miles at 7:15 pace with three fart licks! I felt good just a little sore from plyos yesterday! Training for a Ragnar like race in Arkansas that should be fun!
I went 5 miles today at 7:03 pace avg.! It was really windy today, and I ran the whole run on grass except for the last mile was on the track. I felt really fatigued today I don't know why? I also did plyos which were fun!
